The Role Scope: You will work hands-on with some of the best modern tools in BI and analytics, designing and creating optimal processes and procedures to act as a technical guide for your team. Operating within our data model, you will lead by example in extracting actionable insights from company data to understand performance, solve complex problems, and drive business success.

While focusing on core hands-on contribution, you will also play a key role in directly managing and motivating a team of two data analysts, overseeing the workflow pipeline, and promoting data advocacy across the wider organisation.

Role key responsibilities:

Why Join MandM? Own end-to-end data pipelines and modern dashboard ecosystems, working closely with the Data Science Manager to shape our analytical roadmap. Enjoy the balance of hands-on technical development alongside formal line management and mentorship of a tight-knit team. Work in a lean, collaborative environment where entrepreneurial thinking is encouraged.
