Working Pattern: 5:45am - 2:15pm, Onsite, 5/7 rota working two weekends out of three
Pay: £15.62 ph weekdays, £19.53 ph weekends

The Role Scope
✨Monitoring of department KPI results and providing feedback to staff
✨Start of shift communication briefings, organising daily tasks and targets for the team
✨Assisting with absence management including participation in return to work meetings
✨Prepare and effectively complete appraisals, identifying future talent and communicating training needs
✨Responsible for health and safety of the team and area
