About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our distribution centre at an exciting time for MandM Direct. This is a hands-on leadership role, supporting the operations manager to deliver operational excellence across our Outbound department. While driving performance, developing employees and ensuring service levels and commercial targets are consistently achieved.
This role offers real responsibility, visibility and influence within a fast paced logistics environment, along with the chance to build capability and leave a lasting impact. This opportunity is ideal for a confident operational leader who enjoys driving results.
