The Role Scope:

  • Manage communications with casuals, collate and confirm casual working and holiday hours.
  • Communicating with agencies on availability and updating timesheets.
  • Updating all aspects of our time and attendance system which can include rota patterns, anomaly resolution and new starter set up and communicating with HR.
  • Updating change of statuses on a weekly basis.
  • Order and distribute Company uniform and PPE, and issuing lockers.
  • Collate stationery orders for all Logistics departments.
  • Providing administrative support for recruitment, and assisting with Company inductions for temporary staff at peak.
  • General administrative support as and when required.
