Act as a key collaborator within multidisciplinary teams, identifying user experience gaps, and reviewing prototypes, test plans, and outcomes. Support stakeholders in understanding how product changes are delivered, making insightful decisions regarding prioritisation and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) designs.
- Relationship & Community Management: Build highly effective working relationships across internal departments and external stakeholder groups. Adapt your communication approach, tone, and style to explain decisions clearly using evidence, while smoothly resolving conflicts. Contribute to the development of the business analysis practice through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and promotion of best practices.
