Working Pattern: Onsite, 13:45pm – 22:15pm 5/7 rota working two weekends out of three

The Role Scope
Monitoring of department KPI results and providing feedback to staff
Start of shift communication briefings, organising daily tasks and targets for the team
Assisting with absence management including participation in return to work meetings
Prepare and effectively complete appraisals, identifying future talent and communicating training needs
Responsible for health and safety of the team and area
