About The Role
Recruitment Administrator
Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire, United Kingdom
Type: FTC up to 4 months
Working Pattern: Onsite Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (can be flexible)
Start date: 24th August 2025
Pay: £14.32Hourly(weekly pay)

The Role Scope
You will play an essential part in our Peak Recruitment campaign supporting the Recruitment Coordinator and wider HR team in hiring and onboarding temporary staff.
Be the voice of MandM offering all applicants a great recruitment experience
Carrying out recruitment calls to applicants balancing quality and quantity within set targets
Issuing Offer of Employment letters
Responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email
Confidentially maintaining candidate records and HR systems
Assisting with the organisation and completion of new starter inductions
Support the Recruitment Coordinator with data and reporting
