The Role Scope
Provide support and HR advice to departments and assist with HR functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection, including advertising, attending fairs, interviewing, and selection
- Providing HR advice to departments
- Managing leavers, changes to terms, probation confirmation
- Handling discipline and grievance procedures
- Staff consultation advice
- Updating policies in line with legislation
- Absence management
- Supporting staff surveys and security access systems
- Overseeing inductions and illegal worker prevention
- Managing benefits, headcount, and job descriptions
- Supporting training programs and monitoring leave
- Representing the department in meetings and attending training
- Ensuring safety compliance
- Performing other duties as needed
