The Role
As Showroom Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through to completed sale. Working with both retail customers and trade professionals, you'll provide expert advice, design inspirational bathroom solutions and build long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll have the autonomy to grow showroom performance, develop local business opportunities and become the trusted expert for homeowners, installers, plumbers, developers and trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of a busy bathroom showroom.
- Deliver consultative sales to both retail and trade customers, understanding their individual needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Design inspirational bathroom solutions using your product knowledge and eye for design.
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, plumbers, installers, developers, contractors and local trade professionals.
- Produce quotations, manage projects and follow enquiries through to a successful sale.
