Van Sales Representative – West Sussex Salary: Up to 36,000 basic + realistic 50,000+ OTE Hours: Monday to Friday Type: Full–time, Permanent Are you a hands–on, people–focused professional looking for a rewarding sales career on the road? Join a market–leading company as a Van Sales Representative, where you\’ll manage your own route, meet new people daily, and earn excellent commission from day one! Company van provided Full training and ongoing coaching No cold calling – mix of existing and new customers 25 days holiday + bank holidays Private healthcare, life cover (3x salary), and pension Staff discount scheme on premium products Your role: Start your day with a morning team briefing at the depot Load your van and hit the road on your designated route Visit 20+ customers a day – selling high–quality, professional–grade products Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service Return to the depot to debrief and prepare for the next day What we\’re looking for: 2+ years of hands–on experience (trades, construction, automotive, engineering etc.) Confident, outgoing personality – comfortable engaging with new people A full UK driving licence A strong desire to succeed and earn good money This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being out and about, enjoys meeting people, and wants to be in control of their earnings.
