An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Supply Chain Analyst to work with a leading beauty company in Iver! We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join their luxury beauty business. My client is an agile and fast-paced organisation with an ambition to grow in market share. You will play a key role in optimising procurement strategies, analysing purchasing trends, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations for high-end beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track supplier performance, purchase volumes, delivery times, and cost trends.
  • Provide insights to improve supplier negotiations and procurement efficiency.
  • Monitor market price fluctuations and recommend cost-saving bulk purchases.
  • Identify slow-moving stock and propose promotional strategies.
  • Monitor inventory turnover to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce overstock.
  • Ensure core product availability at 95%+ and reduce overstock.
  • Analyse sales data to predict demand and align purchasing with market trends.
  • Identify top-performing products and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Implement Supplier Score Cards to assess value and drive cost reductions.
  • Deliver weekly reports with actionable recommendations on demand trends, pricing, and procurement strategies.
  • Conduct RRP analysis and maintain pricing data in ERP systems like SAGE.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain with relevant procurement experience.
  • Advanced Excel, ERP (SAGE), and data visualisation (Power BI/Tableau) skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to drive efficiency through data-driven decision-making and supplier collaboration.
