The Role
As Showroom Sales Manager, you\’ll take ownership of delivering outstanding sales results, inspiring customers to create their dream bathrooms. From design consultation to final sale, you\’ll be responsible for managing the full customer journey, ensuring every experience is first-class.
Responsibilities
- Driving bathroom showroom sales by building lasting customer relationships and winning new business.
- Managing the full end-to-end sales process, ensuring customers\’ needs are at the heart of everything.
- Growing revenue through cross-selling to trade and retail customers.
- Making your showroom the go-to destination locally, using creative marketing and promotional ideas.
- Leading by example to ensure outstanding customer service and repeat business.
About You
We\’re looking for a proactive, resilient and motivated sales professional with the ability to build strong rapport and deliver results. Experience in retail sales, showroom management, or bathroom/kitchen design is desirable, but a positive, driven attitude is more important!
