A market leading water treatment business B2B based in Buckinghamshire are looking for a Part-Time Internal Sales Executive/Account Manager who will be speaking with customers and building a rapport. This role involves a lot of conversations, rapport building and offering of services. This company is a lovely family feel business that is the UK's number 1 water treatment brand!
Part-time Hours: 9:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, 25 Hours per week.
Responsibilities
- This role plays a key part in their continued commercial growth, focusing on winning orders and expanding their market share.
- You will work closely with M&E contractors and merchants to build strong client relationships and drive in sales through proactive telephone engagement.
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with M&E contractors to secure project sales.
- Conduct outbound calls to pursue new opportunities, follow up on appointed projects and negotiate pricing to secure orders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records; updating key project + account activity.
- Revise, build and send quotations on appointed projects.
- Collaborate closely with the M4 regional team and assist other regions when required.
- Meet daily performance goals and contribute to a high-performing, values-led culture within Commercial Sales and Operations.

Benefits Package
- Hourly rate: £13 per hour = £16,900 - 25 hours.
- Monthly sliding scale commission = Pro-rata £3000. 100% of team target = £1,875 - 25 hours.
- Yearly sliding scale bonus = Pro-rata £3000. 100% of team target = £1,875 - 25 hours.
- Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 5 years)
