With significant marketing spend, we're now seeking an ambitious and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our West London head office.
The Role: Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll support the delivery of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance across both online and offline channels. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within a collaborative, high-performing marketing team - ideal for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a visible impact within a premium lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Director in planning and executing integrated brand and performance marketing campaigns.
- Line manage and mentor the Marketing Executive team.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, paid social, and display, working closely with external agencies.
- Assist with the development of TV, video, and creative campaigns that support business goals.
- Oversee website content and asset management, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and visually engaging.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools, providing actionable insights.
- Support the roll-out of retail and eCommerce promotions, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels.
- Co-ordinate and attend brand events, trade shows, and experiential activities, ensuring strong ROI and brand representation.
- Conduct competitor research to benchmark and enhance brand communication.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to deliver marketing assets on time and within budget.
- Manage social media community engagement, ensuring prompt, brand-aligned responses.
- Create and adapt marketing materials using Adobe InDesign or Illustrator - experience in either is highly desirable.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, or similar within a retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods brand.
- Hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing, including PPC, SEO, display, and social campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator (preferred) - confident producing or editing marketing assets.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing performance.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing agencies and delivering integrated campaigns.
- Degree qualified or holding a CIM qualification (or equivalent) is preferable.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
