They offer a high OTE & all the leads are provided for you to sell as a Manager, then earn from your sales team also. We are after a Player Manager, £60k-£70k OTE Uncapped. - We are looking for closers! People who don’t enjoy the Lead Generation side of sales and just want to build a rapport and to close sales.
- You will be speaking to construction company owners and offering them a chance to attend a training course with a view to enrol in the life changing course online.
- This is high ticket sales - you will be selling and managing a team you will recruit.
There is NO working from home, you will be in the office Monday-Friday - due to the nature of the growth of the business & everyone prefers to be together! The business is growing however for the Sales Manager (You) there may be some flexibility after you have learnt the business.
