Mandeville is looking for an experienced Guardian Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing management of Property Guardians across a residential portfolio. It is a hands-on, commercially focused role working with Marketing, Finance, Legal and Business Development to drive occupancy, room sales and compliance.
You will drive viewings, KPI targets and retention while maintaining high standards of care and customer experience.
