We are looking for three things: driven salespeople, a German/Polish speaker, and a foodie! If that sounds like you, we have the perfect job! We are seeking a Business Development Manager to work in the UK (London) to cover the German and Polish market, bringing on new clients such as the large retailers of the UK in those European countries. Your role will be to get this incredible product stocked in retail stores! Responsibilities: Manage a small team in the UK, overseeing Polish and German salespeople. Conduct meetings with distributors across Germany and Poland, both via Teams and face-to-face. Identify new business opportunities for mainstream retail chains, independent retailers, and food service clients. Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders. Plan and analyze trade promotional programs and evaluate the results of implemented activities. Regularly update pricing situations for our own and competitors\’ products to support business planning. Ensure sufficient inventory for distributors at all times and plan with distributors to prevent supply interruptions. Provide timely reporting of market situations, data analysis, sales target achievement, and project updates to management. Effectively communicate with internal and external functions to execute planned projects and drive business further. Ensure the brand is managed effectively, protecting brand image and equity. You must: Be a German/Polish speaker. Have a driving license (advantageous for meetings in Germany/Poland). Be a foodie, enjoying trying new foods as the office will be a hub for food!
