Mandeville is seeking an experienced Guardian Manager to join our growing Property Guardian Management team. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role responsible for recruitment, onboarding, engagement and ongoing management of Property Guardians across a residential portfolio.
Working closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal and Business Development, you will drive occupancy levels, room sales and Guardian compliance, while maintaining high standards of behaviour, care and customer service.
