Are you looking to build a long sales career in a thriving and entrepreneurial business? This business is a construction training brand & they give you such a great set up to earn a fantastic OTE! The business offers special Grant Cardone sales training to bring out the best in you. They offer a high OTE & all the leads are provided for you.

We are looking for closers! People who don't enjoy the Lead Generation side of sales and just want to build a rapport and to close sales. You will be speaking to construction company owners and offering them a chance to attend a training course with a view to enrol in the life changing course! This is high ticket sales. There is NO working from home, you will be in the office Monday-Friday - due to the nature of the growth of the business & everyone prefers to be together!

What You'll Do

  • Drive Sales - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
  • Exceed Targets - Consistently hit and exceed your monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Build Relationships - Develop strong connections with potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Overcome Objections - Use expert negotiation skills to handle objections and close deals confidently.
  • Work Independently - Be self-motivated, managing your pipeline and sales process effectively.
