Circa £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
Our client, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a Business Development Executive to focus on outbound lead generation and new business activity.
This is a sales-driven role with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn outreach, cold email, phone prospecting and pipeline building, supporting senior sales colleagues and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound prospecting
* Engage Marketing Managers, Directors and Business Owners
* Qualify opportunities and book meetings
* Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
* Work closely with marketing on campaign follow-up
* Hit lead generation and revenue targets
About You
* Experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation
* Confident with outbound activity and targets
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Commercially aware and motivated by uncapped commission
* Digital marketing exposure (SEO, PPC, Paid Social) advantageous
