Job Title: Area Manager Location: Essex & North of London Salary: £40-50k + Bonus + Car About the Role: Our client is a well-established leader in the health and beauty retail sector. They are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee a network of approx. 20 stores across Essex and North of London. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales and operational excellence. * Drive sales growth and consistently exceed KPI targets across your region. * Monitor store performance and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability. * Ensure operational standards and customer service excellence are maintained. * Act as a mentor and coach to build high-performing teams. * Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
