£32,000 per year | Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm (30-minute paid break)

Our client is looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead a team of 15 in a busy and fast-paced warehouse. If you've got a background in warehouse leadership and a passion for people and performance, this could be your next great move.

What the role involves:

  • Taking charge of daily warehouse activities, ensuring targets are hit and quality remains high.
  • Supporting, coaching, and developing your team - handling absences, performance reviews, and investigations.
  • Promoting and upholding a strong health & safety culture on shift.

What you'll bring:

  • A proven track record in a similar warehouse supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on and positive approach.
  • MHE and/or Counterbalance experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
