Our client is looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead a team of 15 in a busy and fast-paced warehouse. If you've got a background in warehouse leadership and a passion for people and performance, this could be your next great move.
What the role involves:
- Taking charge of daily warehouse activities, ensuring targets are hit and quality remains high.
- Supporting, coaching, and developing your team - handling absences, performance reviews, and investigations.
- Promoting and upholding a strong health & safety culture on shift.
What you'll bring:
- A proven track record in a similar warehouse supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on and positive approach.
- MHE and/or Counterbalance experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
