We are recruiting a Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter to join a growing organisation within the UK care sector. This is a phone-based B2B telesales and lead generation role, contacting care home managers, owners and directors nationwide to book qualified appointments for the Business Development Manager.
You will be promoting FREE NHS-funded services for care homes, alongside additional support including staff training, dementia-friendly signage, compliance reports and aftercare tools that support CQC compliance and improve resident wellbeing.
This role suits someone with experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting or lead generation, who is target-driven and motivated by earning strong commission while doing meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities- Making outbound B2B telesales calls to care homes across the UK
- Speaking with Care Home Managers, Directors and Owners
- Clearly presenting NHS-funded support services
- Booking face-to-face and Teams appointments for the Business Development Manager
- Building rapport and long-term relationships with care providers
- Identifying care home needs, challenges and compliance requirements
- Accurately logging calls, leads and outcomes on the CRM system
- Managing follow-ups and progressing warm leads
- Working towards appointment-setting targets and OTE
- £30,000 basic salary
- OTE £40,000-£45,000 through performance-related commission
- Full training
- Monday to Friday hours - no evenings or weekends
