We are working with a successful online property auctioneer in the heart of Battersea with stunning offices looking over the River Thames. They are looking for their Business Development Manager to take on the role of acquisition of properties from various streams.
We are looking for someone who has Property Auction experience, Estate Agency experience in a Business Development role, or any other Property experience - this is non-negotiable. We MUST see property experience!
- You will be working with Land, Commercial and Residential Properties.
- This role will involve properties close to the offices and across the UK, so travel will be needed and you will need to have your own car; a pool car is available on site.
- You will need to have experience in conducting valuations and getting instructions to pass on to the sales team to auction and sell the property.
- Your role solely will be to get the instruction from the client; you can contact clients from Estate Agencies and split the fee with them, Property Platforms like Zoopla, consumers, and from networking - there is a whole list of places to gain leads.
- You must be prepared to travel to the offices Monday-Friday; they want people who want to work hard and be part of a team, which means no work from home, but they are flexible.
