An Entrepreneurial business that has been around for over 10 years is in its growth period. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator, but you must have worked within the optician world! This brand offers amazing services to care homes and sells qualified top quality optometry services into Care Homes!
£26,500 Monday-Friday - no working from home.
What will you be doing?
- Making sure the booking of appointments has been done
- Confirming Appointments for the Optical Assistant and the Optician
- Make sure the site test has been done
- Process the order and details for it to go to the Lab - that is why we need you to have come from some sort of Optometry background
- You will be dealing with customer queries which will be the Care home managers and maybe on the rare occasion, dealing with the Customer in the care home
This role is perfect for someone who is working in store as an optician, who wants to leave the world of working weekends and being on your feet all day, to finally use your skills and work in an office environment. The values of the business are very important; the team is specially trained to work with people who have dementia, learning disabilities or other conditions which require extra care and attention.
