We seek a new business development manager to play a pivotal role in our dynamic and growing business. We are looking for the role to work solely on bringing on new instructions (land, commercial and residential UK wide) to sell within our auction house. We are looking to conduct interviews as soon as possible with an as soon as possible start date.

Role responsibilities:

  • Bringing in new business to the auction house
  • Working solely on new instructions
  • Generating and conducting new business property valuations (desktop or in person)
  • Building new relationships with solicitor firms, unsold auction lots, property companies to enable them to bring Barney Estates new business.

The ideal candidate:

  • Own vehicle (business mileage paid)
  • Will have previous auction house experience
  • Will have valuation and new business experience within the property industry
  • Is self-motivated and able to work well alongside colleagues in a fast-paced environment
