An established and rapidly growing physical gold and silver brokerage is seeking a commercially astute Sales Executive to join its high-performing London team. With a long trading history and revenues exceeding £100 million, the business has built a strong reputation in the precious metals investment, wealth preservation, and alternative assets market. The firm continues to experience significant inbound demand from investors seeking exposure to physical gold and silver.
The Role – Sales Executive (Precious Metals / Investment Sales)
This is a consultative, high-value investment sales role focused on converting inbound enquiries from individuals looking to invest in physical gold bullion, silver bullion and precious metal assets.
- Convert inbound enquiries into completed trades, exceeding conversion rate and revenue targets
- Build and manage long-term high-net-worth (HNW) and retail investor relationships
- Deliver compliant, informed and balanced investment guidance
- Cross-sell and up-sell across a portfolio of gold and silver investment products
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure full process and compliance discipline
- Develop new business channels including partnerships with IFAs, introducers and intermediaries
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance and Marketing teams to ensure seamless trade execution
- Contribute to thought leadership, client communications and market commentary
