The Role – Sales Executive (Precious Metals / Investment Sales)
This is a consultative, high-value investment sales role focused on converting inbound enquiries from individuals looking to invest in physical gold bullion, silver bullion and precious metal assets.
- Convert inbound enquiries into completed trades, exceeding conversion rate and revenue targets
- Build and manage long-term high-net-worth (HNW) and retail investor relationships
- Deliver compliant, informed and balanced investment guidance
- Cross-sell and up-sell across a portfolio of gold and silver investment products
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure full process and compliance discipline
- Develop new business channels including partnerships with IFAs, introducers and intermediaries
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance and Marketing teams to ensure seamless trade execution
- Contribute to thought leadership, client communications and market commentary
