The Role – Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)
This is a pivotal, revenue-generating role focused on:
- New Business Development
- Pipeline Growth & Lead Generation

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and cold outreach to site surveys, bid submission and final presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business & Revenue Growth
- Identify and secure new commercial cleaning and FM contracts
- Generate and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline
- Target key sectors including corporate offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare and education
- Tender & Bid Management
- Lead RFP and tender processes end-to-end
- Prepare compelling, value-led proposals
- Deliver professional presentations to senior decision-makers
- Client Engagement
- Conduct site visits across London & the M25 corridor
- Diagnose client pain points and provide fixed-budget, tailored solutions
- Build long-term commercial relationships
- Sales Administration
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Weekly pipeline reviews with CEO
- Activity reporting and forecasting
About You
We are looking for a driven, target-focused B2B Business Development Manager with:
- Essential:
- Proven track record in B2B sales (ideally cleaning or FM sector)
- Demonstrable success hitting/exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle
- Experience managing tenders / RFP processes
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Professional credibility with senior stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence
- CRM proficiency
- Right to work in the UK
- Highly Desirable:
