A leading building materials distributor is seeking a Project Tracking / Sales Lead Coordinator to support its regional construction sales strategy across the M25 and Home Counties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with construction sales, internal sales, or project coordination experience who understands how to identify, track and convert major construction projects and contractor packages into commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track major construction projects across London and Home Counties
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Research opportunities via Barbour ABI, Glenigan, construction data platforms and trade portals
- Generate reports via CRM and Excel to support Business Development Managers and branch teams
- Collaborate with Branch Managers, BDMs and external sales teams to maximise project opportunities
Experience Required:
- 2+ years in construction sales / building materials / merchant sales
- Strong CRM, Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience using Barbour ABI, Glenigan or similar project lead platforms an advantage, although not essential
- Commercially astute, organised and detail-focused
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
