We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join our established and thriving property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with a progressive firm that values client service and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions.
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including AML, SRA standards and GDPR.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and reports on title.
- Providing practical, clear and commercially sound legal advice to clients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using the firm’s case management system.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members or support staff as required.
- Assisting with business development initiatives and helping to grow the team’s residential conveyancing practice.
