We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our established and thriving property team. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions.
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.
