The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced Trust Partner to join the Private Client/Succession & Tax team in our Bath office. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with Private Clients. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of running your own files and confident of being able to prioritise work, when required. You will also be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as:
- Reporting to and liaising with Trust beneficiaries
- Carrying out annual Trust reviews
- Drafting some Trust documentation
- Preparation of Trust Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax returns
- Day to day Trust administration including data entry of investment transactions
- Reviewing and updating FATCA/GIIN status for Trusts
- Understanding the different Trusts administered and procedures required
