This role: We are currently looking for senior solicitors to join our successful Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team, based in Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham with hybrid working. Senior Solicitor, Associate Solicitor and/or Partner, Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts (Minimum 5 years’ PQE) We compare favourably alongside national, City and other regional firms and are ranked as a top tier firm in the UK’s leading legal directories, The Legal 500 and Chambers HNW. In 2019 we were named ‘Best Probate Law Firm – London & South East’ at the UK Probate Research Awards. Key responsibilities include: Managing an agreed caseload of clients Processing clients’ cases on a timely and cost-effective basis Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm’s objectives and comply with the firm’s quality standards Keeping clients fully informed of the range of services that the firm offers Supporting our firm’s business development and networking activities The successful candidate will: Have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE Have experience of managing people and business initiatives Have business development and networking experience Be enthusiastic and hard working Have good written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills Have worked as a member of a team Share and embody our values of excellence, integrity and approachability A competitive salary and benefits package is offered dependent upon experience.
