Legal Director

My client is a Digital Company in the Healthcare sector, providing systems to General Practitioners and other providers.

They are now keen to recruit a Legal Director to manage Commercial Agreements:

Required

1. Experience of reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, templates, terms and other standard documentation.
2. Manage any corporate transactional, employment and dispute resolution which is outsourced to external law firms.
3. Deal with aspects of corporate compliance e.g. maintenance of statutory registers.
4. Deep understanding of fundamental data protection regulation/updates.

Beneficial

1. Understanding of CQC regulatory requirements and medical device regulation.
2. Interest in AI regulatory developments.

Full time permanent – predominantly remote with rare requirements to travel for meetings (once a quarter on average).

Reports to CEO.
