Commercial Contract Solicitors 5 yrs PQE

My client is the leading law firm in Buckinghamshire with a head office in Milton Keynes. They are now looking for a Commercial Contract Solicitor with 5 years PQE.

The lead partner has considerable experience in commercial contracts, including international distribution networks, franchising, partnerships and LLPs, brand protection, asset finance and complex commercial agreements.

Delivering specialist commercial, intellectual property, partnership, and franchising advice.

About the Role:

A non-contentious commercial contracts caseload.
Agency, distribution, data protection, franchising, IT related agreements, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property, other standard and bespoke commercial contracts and corporate support will all form part of this role.

In addition, the work will from time to time include:

• Partnerships and LLPs;
• Competition law;
• Asset finance and consumer credit.

Knowledge of:

• Non-contentious commercial contracts.
