VIP Sales Associate – Asia Business Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a VIP Sales Associate – Asia Business Team role in a retail company based in London. This job is in charge of acquiring and retaining clients across Asia, with a particular focus on the traveling/walk‑in consumer.

Providing excellent customer service and satisfying clients' requirements and expectations on a constant basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated retail sales and competence in a high‑end/luxury industry.
• Outstanding communication skills in Mandarin.
• Specific knowledge of the Comme des Garçons Fashion House, its style, its customers, and its sub‑brands.
• Good knowledge of the company's collections and supply availability.
• Experience maintaining existing clients while building a client book for possible new business.
• Attending appropriate training (e.g. clienteling, business development).
• Knowledge of Retail Pro would be useful.
• Experience interacting with WeChat, Little Red Book, and utilising Alipay and WeChat Pay.
• Benefit from a good grasp of Chinese Customs and Duties processes for exporting paid commodities.
• Highly driven and capable individual who can communicate effectively with people at all levels, both internally and internationally.
• Self‑starter who can set the bar with their expertise and attitude.
• High‑energy, self‑motivated, and well‑organized individual.
• Adaptable with business hours and prepared to go above and beyond to complete tasks and ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Exceptionally well‑organized and detail‑oriented.
• Proactive, multitasking, and working effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to see issues and put suitable solutions in place.
