Responsible for attracting and recruiting high-value vendors to join us and begin selling. Ideate, implement, and track new strategies to recruit new merchants to help the marketplace develop. Act as a contact for new sellers and manage numerous internal and external stakeholders. Meet desired KPIs on a regular basis, and create responsible for maintaining relationships with sellers following purchase, including assisting these sellers with the onboarding process. Provide insights from the seller's perspective, such as product knowledge, seller dynamics, market dynamics, and competition dynamics.
