About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager - Software Development role in an IT Services and IT Consulting company based in Oslo. It is a rapidly expanding wearable tech startup that provides cutting-edge smart products and solutions for households.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of project management expertise, with a history of leading large-scale initiatives in the software or social networking services sectors.
  • 5 years of expertise in software development project management is required.
  • 3 years of expertise in Jira project management is desired.
  • Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Outstanding planning and time-management abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to simplify difficult technical topics.
  • Capability to operate in a collaborative, team atmosphere and across all divisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being systematic, effective, and process-oriented.
  • Expertise in Project Management procedures, strategies, and approaches is required.
  • Managerial expertise utilising analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to manage and forecast project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products is preferred.
  • Aspire to work in a busy, fast-paced atmosphere.
  • A BA/BS is desirable.
