We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Engineer role in a Shenzhen-based Transportation-Logistics-Supply Chain and Storage company. The company is the world’s most trusted provider of cross-border after-sales logistics services, with a service network that spans key cross-border trade markets including China, Australia, the US, and Europe.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of Level 1/2 support experience, or an appropriate computer science or telecom degree.
  • Hands-on expertise with firewalls and VPNs from several vendors, such as ASA, SonicWall, and Juniper.
  • Extensive administration and tuning experience with Linux, ideally Red Hat Certified.
  • TCP/IP protocol knowledge, relevant CCNA or CCNP certificate.
  • Working knowledge of high availability infrastructure.
  • Working familiarity with VMware, Azure, EC2, and Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of Tomcat, Nginx, DNS, MySQL, Squid, VSftp, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Familiar with widely used switches, servers, and CCTV hardware.
  • Working understanding of the SIP/IAX2 protocol and VOIP.
  • Possess a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Mandarin fluency.
  • Swift learner.
