We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager role in a Hong Kong-based Logistics & Supply Chain company. The company is a technology-enabled multinational courier firm that provides end-to-end delivery services and is now operating in various countries including APAC and Europe. It is looking to hire a Key Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years of key account management expertise in the international logistics sector to help the rapidly expanding e‑commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with numerous top managers and manage end-to-end supply chains for several elements of the e‑commerce industry (B2C, Return).
- Be attentive to client demands, share correct information on time, and close all commercial items and deadlines on schedule.
- Provide prompt support for continuing account development.
- Effectively communicate client plans, pipelines, and areas of upfront investment to CEO levels within the company.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and a solid commitment to providing prompt customer service.
- Create and manage individuals in an informal matrix framework, utilizing networking and persuasive skills.
- Produce outcomes both independently and as part of a team, showing strong dedication and self‑motivation.
