Job Requirements
- Excellent grasp of garment design, development, and marketing processes.
- 4+ years of apparel design and production expertise.
- Ability to read and comprehend product specifications, grades, tech packs, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Understanding of garment structure, textile material construction, costs, pattern design, graphical embellishments (trims, patching, screen-printing, embroidery), and garment production.
- Ability to monitor and discuss issues that arise during development with both internal and external clients, and cooperate fluently with numerous departments and vendors.
- Demonstrated product design and project management abilities.
- Capability to operate under pressure and fulfil tight deadlines.
- 1 year of production planning experience (preferred).
- 1 year of production managerial experience (preferred).
- Fluency in Mandarin is desirable.
- Work authorization in the UK (preferred).
