We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Letting to join a London-based property management consultancy. Our client is a well-known specialist consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom that provides individuals and companies with highly successful real estate investment planning and professional services. Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients, ensuring fluent communication in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Ascertain and comprehend the needs of customers, including budget, desired location, residential or BTL preference, cash or mortgage purchase type, and time of purchase and move‑in.
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Design and introduce new home sales and marketing programmes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in new home sales or a related real estate industry.
  • Sales experience; social media and IT skills are ideal.
  • Ownership of a customer database is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Knowledge of the local housing market, mortgage requests, stamp duty, and taxes advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Valid driving licence from the United Kingdom or the European Union is an advantage.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
