We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant role in a New York-based Fine Art gallery. The contemporary art gallery has branches in London, China and France. It is seeking to hire an experienced individual to fill this position. The primary purpose of this role will be to assist gallery directors.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration and/or Art History is desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or comparable is required.
- Excellent organising skills, capability to manage numerous tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of contemporary and modern art; judgement, superior discernment, maturity, and poise.
- Excellent writing and spoken communication abilities.
- Fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
