We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator role in a Liverpool-based Leasing Non‑residential Real Estate company. It is a well‑known family‑run enterprise that is a market leader in real estate development, investing and property management.

Responsibilities include managing the day‑to‑day interactions with foreign accommodation agencies while covering maternity leave in order to give interim support to both domestic and overseas markets. The coordinator will be more actively involved in assisting the sales and administrative operations following the leave cover period.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior work history in a sales or administrative position.
  • Prior knowledge in using CRM or booking systems in a data‑compliant setting.
  • A keen eye for detail is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as excellent IT skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience working with foreign travel bureaus.
  • Prior work experience in the university or student housing sectors.
  • An understanding of Kinetics and HubSpot.
