We have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager role with a financial services firm in London. Our client is the world's leading mortgage broker for HNW Investors borrowing in the United Kingdom, Western Europe, and beyond. As a client services executive, you will be part of the team in charge of generating new business opportunities for the company's mortgage lenders.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for the company's mortgage lenders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two years experience in a client‑relationship position (preferably in the mortgage industry or another finance/financial services role)
- Awareness of office and phone processes, and experience with CRM applications (i.e. Salesforce)
- Foreign languages are preferred but not required, especially Mandarin

- Ability to work effectively, efficiently, independently, and self‑motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
