We have an exciting opportunity for a Marine and Transport Claims Handler role in a London based Insurance company. The firm offers highly specialised and impartial help in all elements of maritime, air, and inland transportation cargo disputes. The company is actively looking for Mandarin/Chinese speaking experienced candidates to fill this role. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training. This job has a six-month probationary term.

Job Requirements:

  • A Level or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • At least two years of claims processing knowledge in the insurance or marine and transportation fields are required.
  • The candidate must have proficiency in writing reports for insurers or comparable organisations.
  • An analytical mind with strong logical thinking, attention to detail and numerate abilities are required of the candidate.
  • Have excellent written English.
  • Excel and Word conversance.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Excellent literal and verbal Chinese/Mandarin skills.
