Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in new home sales or a real‑estate‑related industry.
  • Sales experience, as well as some social media and IT skills, will be ideal.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required to effectively interact with clients.
  • Ability to ascertain and comprehend the needs of customers, including budget, location, residential or BTL, cash or mortgage purchasers, timing of purchase and move‑in.
