Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for aProperty Manager in a UK-based Real Estate agency.They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Property Manager to join their recently established residential letting agency. This role involves establishing systems, refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training new team members, and overseeing the management of their property portfolio. The primary objective is to manage and optimize the daily operations of their property management services effectively and efficiently, laying a robust groundwork for their rapid expansion.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated professional background as a Property Manager for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Thoroughly comprehend the property manager\’s responsibilities in residential leasing and relevant laws.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities, fostering enduring connections and demonstrating assertiveness and empathy as needed.
  • Proficiency in working autonomously while aiding team development.
  • Exhibits resilience and reliability in fulfilling all tasks and interacting with clients.
  • Devoted to promptly identifying optimal solutions for all stakeholders.
  • Methodical and well-organized with adept time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sustaining consistent communication channels with both landlords and tenants.
  • Guaranteeing full compliance of all properties in the portfolio with industry regulations.
  • Coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance to uphold properties to a high standard.
  • Facilitating the collection of rent arrears and the release of deposits.
  • Managing and guiding both parties through the end-of-tenancy procedures.
  • Implementing proper system setups and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Offering training and support to the team members.
