We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Consultant role in a London based Real Estate company. The firm is searching for a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to assist it in growing rapidly expanding property consultancy. An expert at obtaining fresh leads and closing new clients will be a perfect fit for this role. The Property Consultant will assist in the acquisition of new clients for the company's existing sales and lettings department.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally, you should have recent experience working with clients.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- Dedicated, patient, and polite, and always eager to give excellent customer service.
- A team member who can work well with others in the office.
- Detail-oriented in their interactions with team and clients, and their promotional materials.
- Excellent customer service skills, especially great telephone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as a trustworthy and honest demeanour.
- Strong negotiating abilities, backed up with a winning mindset.
- Property law knowledge.
- Knowledge of typical letting agency software, as well as a broad understanding of IT and computer work.
